Build Connections.
My clients come to me wanting to re-establish or strengthen the vital connections in their lives. Maybe they feel cutoff from their partner or their community. Or maybe they've lost sight of who they want to be. As a marriage and family therapist, I am committed to helping clients enrich their lives by creating deeper connections. I work with couples, and individuals, who want to strengthen the relationships in their lives through honest communication, vulnerable reflection, and a renewed commitment to their life goals.
My goal is to provide a nonjudgemental and supportive space where we work together to achieve your personal goals.
I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I hold a Washington State MFTA license. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. I also use Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
