In our sessions, I won’t tell you who to be or what to do. Instead, we’ll work together to create a space for clarity, intention, and meaningful change. Our work will center around YOUR goals - reconnecting you with your strengths, setting clearer boundaries, and helping you feel more confident in your daily life.

We’ll focus on what matters most to you.
