Build Connections.
I’m a LMFTA committed to helping couples and individuals enrich their lives by creating deeper connections. My work focuses on strengthening relationships through honest communication, vulnerable discussion, and renewed commitment to goals. I believe it is important to consider how the past might be impacting the present. As a therapist, I see myself as a collaborator in your healing journey.
I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. I hold a Washington State MFTA license. I am a Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapist and I have training in Narrative Therapy.
If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
