Build Connections.
People seek therapy for a variety of reasons but often a desire for connection is a strong motivator. Without connection, our relationships, and our lives, can feel lonely. As a systemic therapist I believe everything is connected. When one area in our life is suffering, it tends to impact other areas.
I help my clients - individuals and couples - identify their strengths, pinpoint their desired future or goals, and rewrite their story going forward. My clients might hope to strengthen their relationships, learn how to foster healthy communication, or address the anxiety or worry they have lived with too long. All of my clients are looking for a non-judgmental space to process their feelings. Whatever brings you into my office, we'll work together so that you can achieve your goals.
I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and a Washington State MFTA license. If you’re interested in scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation, please send an appointment request or email me at Lisa@lisalovelacetherapy.com.
